Appearance: A looming figure, he is usually dressed like a country's 
leader; the whole formal suit look. He likes blue ties, but that's 
the only color he wears. He'll usually accentuate his looming figure 
with dark attire, making him seem very intimidating.

Info:
He is the leader, and owner, of Neona, the country in orbit around 
the moon. He ordered the firing of a Naquadria bomb at Africa as a 
demonstration of his power, and uses the threat of these super bombs 
as intimidation to keep the earth from rebelling. (However, he has 
conluded that using these bombs would be necessary in the case of 
total war only, but the Earth doesn't know that.) 

The hundreds of "odd" shipments to the colony were military equipment 
mostly, and the colony went from life-sustaining area to a military 
stronghold, with defenses systems and high-power lasers with a margin 
of error only 5 inches wide. This means that from orbit around the 
moon, you can shoot anything on earth within a 5-inch circle. 
Assasination tool? You bet. Jonas is a shadowy figure and little is 
known about his past. He appeared when the European Space Agency 
needed funds, and made a deal to buy their space station. He has only 
one person close to him, a female named Clara, of whom equally little 
is known.

the sea

Race: Terran, but she belongs to a group called the Earthians that 
accepts both Terran and Neonian society, so she identifies herself 
as Earthian.

Occupation: Bodyguard, currently assigned to Jonas

If She Had a Theme Song, It Would Be: "One Girl Revolution" by 
Superchic[k]

Appearance: Shiva is about 5'5" tall, unless you count the tall 
shoes she wears as part of her height. If you do, then she stands 
at 5'7" or 5'8". She has rather unique looks due to her heritage. 
(Her father was Indian and her mother was Japanese.) The result 
is a complexion that is the color of coffee with a LOT of milk in 
it( if you wanted to be poetic, you could call it cafe-au-lait) and 
almond-shaped, green eyes. Somehow, blonde hair made its way into 
her genes, but no one's quite sure how it got there. Her hairstyle 
varies depending on how she feels; she usually keeps her hair up in 
two sloppy pigtails on the top of her head, but occasionally she 
wears them in two loose braids or even just leaves it long. Her 
clothes vary from day to day, of course, but since she's become a 
bodyguard she's become much more comfortable with how she looks. 
She's particularly proud of her abs, so a lot of the clothing she 
wears shows off her stomach. Her favorite outfit consists of a pale 
blue, sleeveless, Chinese-style top that ends just under her chest 
paired with jade-green, extremely baggy cargo pants. Navy blue 
sneakers with 2" or 3" soles complete her ensemble, and sometimes 
she wears a navy blue jacket along with it. Luckily for her, she 
doesn't have to worry about exposing any vital organs, because all 
bodyguards who work for Jonas are equipped with an invisible set of 
body armor.

Personality: Generally bright, optimistic, and sunny, Shiva is a 
fairly positive girl. She often does things to cheer others up. She 
enjoys her job a lot because she's helping someone and she's keeping 
in shape. Sometimes she doesn't like the part of her job that 
requires her to hurt others, but she does her best to handle it and 
only hurt people when necessary. There is another, more introspective 
side of her that is rarely seen; this is the part that recognizes the 
negative things in life and is more serious as well. She doesn't care 
much for being solemn, but she will be if it's needed to get the job 
done.

Likes: music; dancing; being happy; the cool gadgets she gets for 
working as a bodyguard; her hoverboard

Dislikes: discrimination against Terrans or Neonians; death

Hobbies: DDR; hoverboarding; listening to music

Special Equipment: Shiva's most precious possession is her blue-green 
hoverboard. It's a new form of transportation much like a skateboard, 
except it relies on a low-power gravitational neutralizer to allow 
the user to, well, hover. Shiva is quite proud of her riding skills 
with her board and uses it whenever she has the chance. The most 
important piece of equipment she owns is the bodyguard armor supplied 
to her by Jonas' company. It's invisible in order to make her look 
more like a regular citizen than a bodyguard, which is designed to make 
possible assassins less likely to consider her a threat. While it is 
a fairly good set of armor, it is somewhat weakened in the process of 
making it invisible. It is not impervious and does not make her 
invincible, but it does reduce the effects of attacks against her. 
Occasionally she will receive other gadgets from her employers if it 
is necessary, but at the current time she has none

Kenjutsu.  Lieutenant Commander of Dev Group (Essentially the Navy's 
version of Delta Force) and Sergeant in the Army's Rangers
[Weaponry]  Disciplined in most martial weapons of the Eastern and 
Western type as well as unarmed combat and modern ranged weaponry.

This bodyguard/assassin was inspired by an insurgency mission in 
Brazil where they helped a village defend against mercenaries hired 
by logging companies.  Zack started to become less consuming about 
how he did his work, becoming a sniper and martial artist where he 
consumed little to nothing while fighting.  Eventually he quit and 
went mercenary until he meet Jonas, a radical like himself.  

Jonas eventually offered him a job after assassinating a few high 
ranking execs at the same logging company that attacked the village 
so many years before.

in a tactical drop-hip holster with two extra clips (10 rd clips)

[Appearance]  Varies depending on his role, from a black night suit 
to standard marine camoflauge to a sharp black tux.  He prefers when 
allowed, however, to wear Knee-zip black cargo pants (the ones that 
change into shorts with a zipper at the knees) with a wife-beater 
underneath a long-sleeve white shirt with the symbol for Omega in 
black and crimson on the back of the shirt (which tells a story in 
and of itself) and a black leather trench coat to match
