He paused momentarily to tighten the leather straps that held his sword. Jace wore a green tunic, (Kinda like Link's) and the sword was strapped along his back. |

Seddenly he ducked under her sword, pulling free his short sword, and knocked her sword a couple of feet away, then rolling behind her grabbing her arm, then pressing it against her back. Finally he held his short sword across her neck. "My name is Jace, I'm an elf who's trying to get away from his village... if I'm not stopped by lady elfs threatening me with swords along the way..." |

Their skin was streached along their faces and they looked like they hadn't been fed in weeks. It got warmer as they traveled further in the city. they reached the middle of the city. A cottage had been destroyed in in it's reckage and there was some sort of dark purple rune in the center. All around the rune was dead, dried up bodies... |

| Fae: *A zombie lunges at her but she propells herself into the air, half flying and nearly jumping over him.* This sword won't do the trick! *she yelled while being grabbed from behind. She grabs the zombie, propelling herself towards him, and shooting a short energy blast severing his head. The other zombies lunge at her all at once and she is trapped.* #$%^! Now I'm MAD! *she yells while letting her wings feather out a bit. An energy grows around her and soon grows covering most of the town. An explosion like effect takes place and all of the evil energy is killed. Faelynn weakly sits on the ground panting* That's why I get for not using my powers as often as I ough to... |

| Dark energy swirls around the town no longer contained. The energy shot up towards the sky before reversing direction and falling to Earth. as it slammed into the ground a purple mist seemed to fill the town, spreading over the building and people but going around Fae and Jace. The mist slowly dissolved the buildings. The people dissolve as well, until the land around them seem to be as if there was no city origionally... Jace stopped choaking and laid unconcious on the ground... |

Ruchiel yawned, stretching her body out like a regal cat's. Chewing on a piece of straw, she spit it out of her mouth, letting it tumble to the earth. Behind her a breeze began to rustle, carrying many noises to her sensative ears. "So they're after the little rat." She snorted, chuckling madly to herself. "Serves them right." Talking outloud to herself was something Ruchiel did often. "Duty or not to do my duty?" She muttered as she jumped down from the tree, landing on all fours. She stood up, letting her claws show while she gave a fanged grin. She was a desendant of the cat people- half human and half cat. She wore orange, furry ears in her dark red hair, had a long tail and claws along with the grace of that of a cat. She had been abandoned as a child- an outcast- until a kind elf woman had adopted her. That was her village in the uproar.
She could smell the fear on him. The runaway elf.
"This will be fun...I need a good chase." She murmured as she slinked through the bushes towards the man.

Ruchiel froze, staring at the village that she had once called her home. Or more like staring at where it SHOULD have been. Anger and madness coursed through her veins as she searched for her mother, her father- the family she had used to know.
"MOTHER!!!! SISTER! FATHER!!!" Tears spilled down her face as she fell to the ground yet continued to search down on her knees. "Where...? Who? WHO!?!?!" She cried, pulling a dagger she had strapped to her ankle out. Spinning around she paused, sniffing the air for the scent of the murders. Finally she found something. It was faint- but it was something. She would avenge her family somehow. They had always accepted her, even when others would not. She owed them her life.
Turning on her heel, she rushed towards the two elves she had smelt. |

Ruchiel jumped, leaping like the wind through the bushes- weaving this way and that. She had to follow the scent before it got out of her range. She growled, her fang overlapping her lip while her red hair flew out in the breeze she herself was creating. Her cat/fox-like ears twitched, picking up every snap of a twig and ever bird call or whisper of a mouse. She smirked. She could hear their murmuring voices in the distance. She was getting closer. This was why she had gained the name- FoxFire- because many people said she was swift like a fox and the fire was because of her wild, short auburn hair. Her claws dug into the dirt as she leapt into a clearing, landing directly between the two elves. Her eyes passed between both of them, trying to decide which would be a worthy opponent for her and who had destroyed the village.
She could smell it. Their blood. All over the two people there. The smell was nasuating, causing her vision to swim for a brief second. She shook her head, clearing her mind as she let out a battle cry and dove at the boy elf. Her claws sunk into his skin as she knocked him over, landing with her knees in his stomach. With a quick flick of her wrist, she flipped over, landing on her feet. She crouched down in another attack position.
"You will pay." She hissed under her breath. |

Ruchiel rolled her eyes. "Listen- my revenge is getting plotted out here! It's not a matter of when it's convenint!" She raked her claws towards the hare-girl, for it is known that cats have hunted down rabbits in the past. Ruchiel fought the tears that threatened to spill over for she was not a woman to cry. Growling again, she held her dagger towards the elf boy again. "Who was that girl there? And how could you accidently destroy a entire village? This just doesn't make sense!" She shealthed the dagger but still kept an aware eye on both people. Cracking her knuckles, she let out a sigh. "You know- you killed the only two people that have ever cared about me. You ruined my home. I'm homeless again because of you!! What am I supposed to do now? Huh? I have no money! No house! No more parents! Nada! Am I supposed to just sit back and take this smiling? Heck no! You'll pay, one way or another."
Ruchiel smirked. Even if she had to befriend this...elvin boy, she would do it. The closer she got to him and his little friend, the easier it would be to carry out her plans. |

"I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to kill you." Ruchiel crossed her arms, straighting up her posture. "I just thought if you wanted to listen in, you might as well join the conversation." She shrugged. "Plus...I need to know who holds the blood of innocent people on their hands besides that elf." Her tail flickered back and forth while she smirked. It was orange and a rag-tag bandaid was tied at the end of it in a knot. Her eyes sparkled blue with flecks of gold. They appeared playful and yet still held a strange sorrow. The kind of sorrow people fear- that keeps them awake at night- but as fast as it appeared, it vanished and one would not believe it was even there. "Goddesses....they think they own the heavens and the earth." She snorted at her own rude remark.
"Listen." Ruchiel turned towards Jace, giving him a sneer. "You've made me homeless! So until you collect enough golden coins to pay me back and buy me a NICE, new house, I suggest you prepare yourself for a new traveling partner. I also want to know why you went back, willingly knowing the destruction you could cause." Ruchiel sighed, clicking two of her claws together impatiently. "You took away the two things that mattered the most to me and they were priceless. I'll make you pay one way or another, so I suggest you sleep with one eye open from now on." Crouching down then jumping up, she landed on a nearby tree branch and settled down in a sitting position. Her eyes stayed on Jace. |

Ruchiel cursed. "HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!" Her screams of rage shook the entire forest as she scrabbled in the net, managing to somehow free her legs so she could dart after the two men. "YOU'LL PAY!!" She hissed as the wearly day finally began to settle in. Her eyes narrowed as her claws ripped through the net, slicing it into pieces as she tried to free her arms more and the rest of her body. Her pupils began to dilate as she let out a primative roar. Throwing back her head, she ripped the remaining ropes off and crouched down, springing after the two.
"You're gonna die...!!" She snarled, following their scent as she neared behind them. |

After the five rabbits were cooked to her liking, she picked all of them up and eat them quickly. They disappeared into her mouth before either of them could make a move to get their share. |

Practice or talent, who knows? He releases and the arrow shoots off with a deadly hiss. The arrow finds its target broadside, it staggers and he fits another arrow as he continues to approach the wounded deer. He stops and lets loose another whistling arrow, this time it hits the neck. Running at it he nimbly puts his bow away and draws his bastard sword and cleanly cuts off the head. "Is this enough for dinner?" He asks with a smirk and a booming laugh. |

Ruchiel shrugged at this. "That's a sign from the gods that the beef jerky wants you to eat it. Who am I to argue with them. Have it if you'd like." She whispered to herself as she played with a leave, batting at it from her perch.

She giggled again as she turned to Riso.
"I'm assuming it's yours? That's cool!" Ruchiel bounced up happily. "Where'd you get it? What's its name? Can I play with it?" A million questions left her mouth. Finally, she calmed down and smiled. "Rambling again." She nodded, setting the foxxit down on the ground. She crouched down and watched it. |

Finally, she nodded in the direction where the others were roasting a deer.
She yawned. "Those are a bunch of elves. I'm stalking one of them so I can get revenge on him for killing my adoptive parents. The others...just kind of...showed up. Very...erm....serious.....interesting group of....hunters." Ruchiel nodded solomnly before she smirked. "And there's some goddess woman who was here before. Don't ask me, the day has been a bit too weird for my liking." |

Lirit sighed for what she thought might have been the 50th time in the past half hour. She still couldn't sleep.
I should have stayed near the coast, she told herself somewhat irritably. I can't fall asleep if I can't hear the waves.
A small breeze ruffled the leaves of the tree she sat under. Struck by sudden inspiration, she sat up from her position against the tree's roots and whispered a few musical phrases. A strong gale began picking up around her, forcing the leaves around her to rustle before it died down again.
Close, but not quite, Lirit thought. She was just about to lie back down when the wind brought something to her attention. Something nearby smelled REALLY good.
Ignoring the fact that she had supplies in her rucksack(it was mostly vegetables and fruit anyway, since she hadn't quite gotten the hang of hunting wildlife yet), the blue-haired teenager gathered her belongings, straightened her tunic, and got up to investigate whatever the smell was. |

| Ruchiel growled as the wind caused her tail to go flying behind her, straight out. Her jacket billowed as she tried to hold it down and snarled. "STUPID WIND!!" She cursed, giving up on holding it all down. She let the wind fly her hair and clothing this way and that, making sure nothing bad was revealing. If one was standing behind her, they would have seen the scars that littered her upper arms and shoulders. |

| Aelmah eats his meat quietly, without saying a word. Today was a strange day for him, the daydream of his dead father, the meeting of this Jace and the others, and now he has traveling companions. But the people he met were not bothering him, it was the daydream of his father. It was as if he had been right next to him, telling him something. But Aelmah couldn't figure it out, it felt so distant, as distant as his father truly is. He shook himself, it had felt as if his father had been warning him, and at that he shivered. He pulled out a bundle and unrolled it, the salesman had called it a what was it? A sleep bag? It had wool inside and durable leather on the outside and even had a firm stuffed animal hide for a pillow. "Geez, the things people think up. Next thing you know they'll make giant rock launchers" He sighs and gets in and closes his eyes, hoping to see the vision again... |

Ruchiel rolled her eyes at the two elves. What was it with people and nightmares? And horrible, depressing pasts?
She fidgted boredly. She was a cat and her nocternal vision was beginning to kick in as she scanned their camp for something entertaining to do. As most cats, she didn't sleep all night. When she was tired- she slept but she mostly wandered during the night too. She kept an eye on the people as they slowly drifted asleep. She just then realized she was the only female there. Carefully, she pulled her clothing tighter about her before an evil smirk spread across her face. Pulling out a Sharpie pen, she proceeded to doodle all over their faces. |

| Aelmah stood up, but his sleep bad wasn't there. "That's weird" he thought but didn't think of it again. But wait... he looked around and didn't see the opening in the forest he fell asleep in... "Jace! Ruchiel! Where is everyone?!" he cried out, but he only was talking to the trees. He went to pick up his metal armor but it was gone. "F***in thieves..." he muttered. He went to pick up his bow and shield and quiver, all gone... Only his sword was there. He strapped the sheath to his back muttering about misplaced trust. He started to walk through the forest but noticed it wasn't the forest he was in the day before either... It was mysteriously dark and foggy. But suddenly in the distance he saw a humanoid figure taller than himself. "That must be Jace" he shivered with anger and drew his sword. He let out the fercious battle cry and charged the figure with his sword out in front in both hands... The creature turned but pulled his own weapon, one he recognized all too well. That Orcish Battle-Ax that cut down his own father... As he brought the first slash down the figure spun and ducked and slashed his ax into his ribs. As he lay on the ground the figure stepped into view, the sight of it nearly killed him, it was himself. But then it changed to his father. Then to the Orc who killed his father. It raised the ax above his head and brought it slamming down, as it hit him right in the lungs... |

She frowned, her eyes growing watery as she rubbed the already-forming bump on her head. | Aelmah notices Ruchiel is hiding something, but doesn't know what. He raises an eyebrow but forgets it. "Where are we headed anyways? Jace? Could you tell us where you are taking us?" Aelmah then notices he can't see where he is. Must have run off to get some water... So Aelmah decides to keep trying what he's been trying to do for so long... Become proficient in throwing daggers. "I can't see why it's so hard for me. I wield my sword with a mix of grace and ferocity nearly unmatched to anyone but my own father, I can shoot arrows with incredible accuracy, but I can't throw a knife..." He shakes his head annoyed and wings his dagger at a tree about 30 feet away, he misses it completely. Ruchiel has a dagger, maybe she knows how to properly throw one... I'll have to ask her. He shrugs and walks over to retrieve the dagger. As he walks into the forest to get it and quickly finds it, as he bends over to pick it up a quick swish and something hits him square on the head. He falls to the ground and rolls over. A humanoid figure is barely visible, it grabs him by the arm and drags him away into the forest. A trail of blood is left on the ground of the forest from the blow to the head. |

Lirit frowned to herself. She could have sworn that the delicious scent was coming from the direction she was facing, but now she wasn't sure. She debated casting another wind spell but decided that wouldn't help matters much. Sighing, she brushed an aqua strand of hair that had escaped from her braid out of her face.
Guess there's nothing I can do but keep going now, she conceded, and began to walk again.
She couldn't really see where she was going. Luckily for her, the waxing moon made it a little easier to see in the dark, which kept her from running into most of the trees. A few good smacks upside the head from tree branches made Lirit quickly acquire the ability to avoid the trees.
Reason number two that I should have stayed near the ocean, she thought wryly. Waves and sand don't hurt nearly as much as trees do.
Now, in most cases, it would be a positive thing that Lirit was organizing her thoughts this well so late at night. Unfortunately for her, this was not one of those times. Because she was so caught up in her train of thought, she failed to notice that she had made her way into a small clearing where a campsite lay. She also failed to notice the tiger-striped tail that was lying in her way until it was a bit too late. Needless to say, she tripped.
"AAAAAGH!" Lirit blurted out in surprise as she found herself lying on the forest floor. She rubbed her head, murmuring, "Ouch."
A screech coming from next to her distracted the siren from her own injuries. She looked up to her right and stared straight into the eyes of a very surprised catgirl. |

"AHH!! OWWWW!!" Ruchiel leapt up from her sleep as she felt a sharp pain running through her tail. She grabbed it, holding it tightly against her as she nursed her wound. She sniffed back tears as she stared into the eyes of an aqua-haired girl.
"*sniff* why'd y-you do that?" Ruchiel checked her tail quickly to be sure her old bandages were still tied tightly. "W-who are you..?" |

Lirit cringed. Way to go! You run into someone in the dark and the first thing you do is make her cry!
Out loud she said, "I'm really sorry about that! I didn't see you." Wow, as if that wasn't obvious. No, you saw her and thought you'd trip over her for fun.
Lirit told that portion of her mind to kindly shut up and extended her hand to the catgirl, who was checking her bandaged tail concernedly. "My name's Lirit. I really didn't mean to step on your tail. Can I....uh...make it up to you in any way?" She smiled in what she hoped was a friendly, reassuring way. |

Ruchiel jumped up, leaning forward to inspect the woman. "I'm Ruchiel and I suppose I'll forgive you for now. I've got bigger ideas of revenge than this." She chuckled at her own joke, thinking of Jace. "Nice to meet ya Lirit"
Her hands began to browse through the woman's pockets for any kind of food of the sort. She smirked at the woman's shocked expression. Ruchiel sat back and held out her hand, waiting either for food or a hand shake. |

| Aelmah woke up drearily, he had no armor on except for the pants and leather top he normally wore. A scab on his arm told him he had been drugged by some type of needle. Humanoid figures walked around him, he tried to move but then realized his was chained to a stone wall. He could see light at the end of what he thought is a tunnel. What happened? One second I was picking up my dagger, next thing something was dragging my somewhere... His eyes were unfocused but a humanoid figure started to wake over to him with something short and blunt in his hand. whack! And he slid to a limp form, unconscious. |

Lirit blinked as the catgirl rummaged through her pockets. She certainly wasn't expecting that. By the time she -Ruchiel was her name, the siren reminded herself- had sat back on her heels, Lirit had recovered, though.
"Sorry," she replied with a grin, "I don't carry any food in my pockets. I- ooh!!!" She leaned forward, a slightly disturbing smile working its way across her face. "Is that deer yours? I'll trade you for a piece of it!!" Before Ruchiel could respond, Lirit pulled her knapsack off one shoulder and pulled out a few assorted fruits and vegetables. "Want some of these? I'll throw in a few extra to make up for tripping you." She put on her best pleading expression, complete with Adorable Kicked-Puppy Eyes(tm), and hoped for Ruchiel's generosity to do the rest.

The siren's face lit up excitedly, and she reached over to grab a juicy-looking piece of meat. "Hehe," she giggled. "Sorry, I normally don't mooch off people like this, but I haven't been able to hunt any deer lately. At least, the first time I tried I blew it away, and the second time I blew it up. Oh well." She shrugged and took a bite of deer. When she was done chewing, she responded to Ruchiel's second comment. "I'm out here just kind of wandering. I came from the coast," -here she looked a little bit wistful- "But I came here to get some new experiences. Like insomnia and vegetarianism, apparently." She grinned. "How about you?"

A matching smile spread across Lirit's face. "Hair dye sounds like a very good idea..." she murmured. She stood up, looking for her next victim. As she did, though, she noticed that the sun was beginning to come up.
"Hmm, looks like we've only got a little bit of time," the siren mentioned to Ruchiel. "Think I'll have time to draw on one li'l person? Like whoever's leaning against the tree over there?" She motioned to the elf that was sitting across the clearing from them with his basck towards them. Lirit was sure that he was still asleep...

Oblivious to the elven goddess' arrival and her conversation with Jace, Lirit finished her conversation with Ruchiel. Then, plotting evil Sharpie vengeance, she snuck up on Jace. He was still involved with Faelynn and didn't notice her coming up behind him.
"Drat it!" the siren announced loudly. "You're awake now. That's no fun." She pocketed the Sharpie. "Oh well, perhaps another time." She stuck out a hand to the elf and the goddess, smiling. "My name's Lirit. It's nice to meet you. Sorry to barge in on your conversation, but since I kind of ended up at your campsite I thought it was only fair to introduce myself." |

Lirit stopped dead in the middle of her run. She was getting tired very quickly, having been up all night, and she wanted to find Ruchiel before she crashed.
"I can see there's only one way to do this," she muttered to herself. Closing her eyes, she folded her arms lightly on her chest and concentrated, calling on her siren blood to aid her. Silvery-white wings sprouted from her back and began to beat, causing her to hover above the ground.
Lirit opened her eyes. "All right, now I need just one more thing...." She sang a phrase softly under her breath, and a light breeze picked up. Lirit smiled. "Great." She moved her wings so that she could catch the current, and began sailing amongst the trees to search for Ruchiel. |

Before gaining an answer, Ruchiel called out. "You look tired. You fly back to camp and I'll meet you there in a sec." She jumped down through the trees, landing crouched in the bushes. Standing up straight, she sighed, sniffing the air for the direction back to the camp. Once she caught wiff of her so-called 'companions', she slowly began to trudge towards it.
"I don't know why I'm going back to them. Besides Lirit, most of them are self-absorbed jerks. I shouldn't waste my time with them. I should just kill Jace, gaining my revenge, and then leave and wander as I've often done. But why do I get this feeling to hold off in doing so?" She pondered. "They want me gone, so why go back?" |

| Thrown off balance by Ruchiel appearing out of seemingly nowhere and calling out to her, Lirit narrowly avoided flying into a pine tree. She heard Ruchiel tell her that she'd meet her back at the campsite, so she arced around and let the air currents carry her back. Once she reached the clearing, she touched her hands to one of the charms on her necklace and whispered another phrase. The wind died down instantly. She lowered herself down to the ground and sat down on a conveniently placed rock. Hopefully, Ruchiel would arrive before she fell asleep. |

Many of the trees shrouded the night sky view but a few stars could be seen poking through. "Why don't I just go back there?" she whispered to herself, "Why did I leave there in the first place." A memory came back to Fae.
Fae: *grabs a torch running around crazily with it and accidently lights another Goddess's hair on fire*.
Goddess: MY HAIR! MY BEAUTIFUL HAIR!
Fae: -_-;.... errrmmmm I didn't do it... It was him! *points at random guy*
*all hell breaks loose*
"Oh yeah...." Fae chuckled to herself. "Do I really belong up there? It's so boring! More fun down here! Yep!" She started to smile. Slowly she remembered something. "Hmmm... wait... now what was I missing? Oh yeah..." Faelynn hummed a short tune and within a minute her horse came trotting towards her. "Hey Jade, miss me?" Her horse winihed (2 lazy to spell check) a bit . "What do you think I should do? Find more things to wreck havoc on? Or... follow those," a disgusted tone hit her voice, "mortals..." |

Lirit awoke with a sneeze. Rubbing her nose, she realized two things: 1) she suddenly had a jacket over her shoulders, and 2) Ruchiel was curled up into a compact ball of fur on the ground next to her. Guess even catgirls shed sometimes, she thought wryly. She scratched the sleeping kitty behind her ears and laid the jacket back down over her. Lirit smiled and stretched.
Ow...note to self: fall asleep on the GROUND next time.
OOC- Will, people will respond to your posts when they're ready. When you posted that, most characters were already in the middle of doing something, and they couldn't drop what they were doing to go find you. (Least of all my character, since she hadn't met you yet.) So don't worry about it! If you want to get back in the game sooner, maybe you could start planning an escape or something. *shrugs* |

Lirit finished her stretch and looked back down at the ground. Ruchiel was nowhere to be seen. What the heck? she wondered. She was there a second ago. Glancing up, she saw that Ruchiel was on the other side of the campsite and she'd found Jace. Not one to be left out of a conversation, she jumped up and sprinted over to the pair of travelers. Unfortunately, it was a bit too early to be jumping up(at least, that was the opinion of her cramped muscles), so she ended up doing more of a somersault and running into her companions' feet.
"Hi," she greeted them weakly as they toppled down onto her. "What's up?" |

Lirit could only watch and giggle as she watched the catgirl dash around the campsite. Not one to be outdone(and remembering that she still had her wings on), the blue-haired siren took to the air, grabbed her knapsack, and soared until she was flying next to her two traveling companions.

| Zour, a mainland city on the continent of Filendin is rather small. A small city or a large town, people go both ways. There is nothing really interesting about it, it's quiet and has a population of approximately 10,000 inhabitants. The government is an aristocracy, ruled by several rich land owners. Most peasents are poor farmers working at low wages barely getting by, |
